Domestic Energy Performance Certificates

When is an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) required?

Domestic EPC should be available to potential buyers and tenants when the property is in the market for sale or rent.

The certificate is similar to the multicoloured stickers on new appliances. It is scored out of 100 and gives a rating from A to G, with A being the most energy-efficient and G being the least efficient.

Cost of a Domestic EPC

The cost of an EPC varies from provider to provider. This is because of the number of outsourcing agents involved in the system.

We, as direct assessors, do not charge any commission and can thus keep the cost to a minimum. Our prices are the cheapest in the market.
