Asbestos Survey

The results of an Asbestos Management Survey are used to produce a detailed Asbestos Report. This report includes an Asbestos Register and a clear Asbestos Management Plan, helping duty holders manage asbestos safely and remain legally compliant.

What Happens During an Asbestos Management Survey
  • A qualified asbestos surveyor inspects the building to identify any materials that may contain asbestos.
  • If any presumed Asbestos Containing Materials (ACMs) are found, samples are taken under controlled conditions.
  • All samples are analysed by a UKAS-accredited laboratory to confirm the presence of asbestos.
  • The survey findings and laboratory results are compiled into a comprehensive Asbestos Report.

This process ensures asbestos risks are identified, properly documented, and managed to protect occupants, contractors, and building owners.

PAT Testing

A PAT Testing Certificate is an important document to keep in your company’s Health and Safety records and, in many cases, it can be essential.

If an accident occurs at your workplace due to a faulty electrical appliance, investigators will expect evidence that reasonable steps were taken to ensure the equipment was safe. A recent PAT Test Report can provide that critical proof.

A valid PAT record demonstrates that electrical appliances were inspected, tested, and found to be safe within a reasonable period before any incident occurred. This evidence shows that you fulfilled your duty of care and took appropriate action to protect staff and visitors.

Keeping up-to-date PAT testing records helps ensure ongoing electrical safety, reduces risk, and supports compliance with health and safety regulations.
